From Interstate 5 North or South, take the La Jolla Parkway
exit west (towards the ocean). Continue as La Jolla Parkway changes
its name to Torrey Pines Rd. When Torrey Pines Rd. deadends, make
a right turn on Girard Ave. Go four blocks to the corner of Wall
St. The Athenaeum is on the corner of Girard and Wall. If you come
to Prospect you have passed us.
From Interstate 805 North or South, take SR 52 west, and
follw it until it ends as La Jolla Parkway. Continue as La Jolla
Parkway changes its name to Torrey Pines Rd. When Torrey Pines Rd.
deadends, make a right turn on Girard Ave. Go four blocks to the
corner of Wall St. The Athenaeum is on the corner of Girard and
Wall. If you come to Prospect you have passed us.
Parking in La Jolla: Time-limited street parking
is available for one or two hours until 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Parking after 6 PM is unlimited. Please note that parking may be
more difficult to find on weekends and Friday and Saturday evenings.
Parking is usually available on Wall Street, Girard, and Herschel,
and within a several-block radius of the Athenaeum. There is long-term
paid parking in lots and garages located throughout the village
including those behind the Athenaeum in the alley off Herschel,
on Herschel between Wall and Prospect, and on Fay between Prospect
and Silverado. Two handicapped spots are available in front of the
Athenaeum.

From Interstate 5 North, take the Washington exit heading
east through Hillcrest, past the163 entrance. Move into the left
lane.* At the intersection of Washington Street, El Cajon Boulevard.,
and Park Boulevard., bear left onto Park. The Studio is 1 1/2 blocks
down on the right. The front of the building is bright orange.
From Interstate 8 East or West, take 163 to Washington Street
exit heading east and follow the directions listed above.*
From Interstate 805 North, take the El Cajon Blvd
exit and turn left. Get into the right lane. Follow El Cajon to
the intersection of El Cajon, Washington and Park Blvd. Turn right
on Park Blvd. The Studio is 1 1/2 blocks down on the right. The
front of the building is bright orange.
From Interstate 805 South, exit at Madison/Adams
Ave. Continue going straight off the exit on Madison. Cross Texas
St. Turn left on Park Blvd. The Studio is 1 1/2 blocks down on the
left. The front of the building is bright orange.
Parking in San Diego: Ample street parking is
available within a two- to three-block radius.

10640 John Jay Hopkins Drive

From Interstate 5: Take the Genesee Avenue exit, and go
west on Genesee. Stay to the right, and turn right (north) at the
second traffic light, onto John Jay Hopkins Drive, just before reaching
the top of the hill. On John Jay Hopkins Drive, make a left-hand
turn into the second driveway.
From North Torrey Pines Road (north or south): Turn east
onto John Jay Hopkins Drive at the traffic light opposite the entrance
to the Scripps Clinic. Further down John Jay Hopkins Drive, look
for the temporary signs for the right turn, around a quarter of
a mile after the turn onto John Jay Hopkins Drive.
There is ample free parking in the lot adjacent to the Institute.
A limited number of handicapped spots are available closer to the
auditorium, but please call us first to make reservations.

From Interstate 5, take the Front Street exit.
Turn right on 4th. At the second light after Broadway, turn right
into the Horton Plaza parking garage. Park on any level, but remember
where you parked, and bring your ticket with you into the theater
for validation. The Lyceum Theater is on the Northeast (Broadway)
side of the plaza near Macy’s and Sam Goody. If you are walking
through the plaza from the parking garage, walk down the main stairs
to the front of the plaza. For handicapped access, please use the
elevators near the movie theater.
