“This work stems from a period over the past 10 years when I moved from dwelling to dwelling exploring the city of Avignon, France. During the COVID-19 confinement, I focused my own rooms at #6 rue de la Croix which are represented in this exhibition. Just before lockdown my daughter and I were asked to do a joint show at the Hotel La Mirande in Avignon — the exhibition was canceled due to the pandemic. A number of the works destined for that exhibition are also included here.”
