DIRECTIONS
FROM INTERSTATE 5 SOUTH, take the La Jolla Village Drive exit. Turn right on La Jolla Village Drive. Turn left on Torrey Pines Road. When Torrey Pines Road dead ends, make a right turn on Girard Avenue. Go three blocks to the corner of Wall Street. The Athenaeum is on the corner of Wall Street and Girard Avenue. If you come to Prospect Street you have passed us.
FROM INTERSTATE 5 NORTH, take the La Jolla Parkway exit west (towards the ocean). Continue as La Jolla Parkway changes its name to Torrey Pines Road. When Torrey Pines Road dead ends, make a right turn on Girard Avenue. Go three blocks to the corner of Wall Street. The Athenaeum is on the corner of Wall Street and Girard Avenue. If you come to Prospect Street you have passed us.
FROM INTERSTATES 15 & 805 NORTH OR SOUTH, take SR 52 west, and follow it until it ends as La Jolla Parkway. Continue as La Jolla Parkway changes its name to Torrey Pines Road. PARKING
Free time-limited street parking is available for one or two hours until 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Parking after 6 PM is unlimited. Please note that parking may be more difficult to find on weekends and Friday and Saturday evenings. Parking is usually available on Wall Street, Girard Avenue, and Herschel Avenue, and within a several-block radius of the Athenaeum. There is long-term paid parking in lots and garages located throughout the village including those behind the Athenaeum in the alley off Herschel, on Herschel between Wall and Prospect, and on Fay Avenue between Prospect Street and Silverado Street. One handicapped spot is available in front of the Athenaeum.

ACCESS TO THE ATHENAEUM ART CENTER AT BREAD & SALT
We would like to remind everyone that the main/front entrance to the Athenaeum Art Center is through the lobby of the Bread & Salt building off Julian Avenue. Parking on the streets in the surrounding neighborhood is free and untimed and there are handicapped spots on Julian Avenue near this front entrance. For the time being, there is still a parking lot in the alley off Dewey Street behind the building that is sometimes available. However, the back door/emergency exit from the AAC to the alley needs to remained locked for security purposes, so please do not plan to enter the AAC this way. If, for some reason you get locked out of class, we have installed a doorbell at each door that will ring inside the AAC. We understand that using the Julian Street main entrance instead of the back door to enter the school may be new for you, so we appreciate your flexibility and patience.

FROM INTERSTATE 5 SOUTH, take Cesar E. Chavez Parkway exit. Turn left onto National Avenue and then left again onto Cesar E. Chavez Parkway. Go under the bridge and the second street on the right is Julian Avenue. Bread & Salt will be on your right.
FROM INTERSTATES 15 & 805 NORTH OR SOUTH, take CA-94 W/Martin Luther King Jr Fwy. Take exit 1B to 25th Street. Turn left onto 25th Street and drive for half a mile. Turn right onto Cesar E. Chavez Parkway. Turn left onto Julian Avenue. Bread & Salt will be on your right.
PARKING
There is a free parking lot in the alley off Dewey Street behind the Athenaeum Art Center between Julian Avenue and Kearney Avenue available for use by students. There is also ample free street parking on Julian Avenue that is untimed. A limited number of handicapped spots are available in front of the entrance to the Bread & Salt building.
