This Mother's Day weekend, we invite you to a special pop-up art show that celebrates the wisdom and words passed down by our mothers. Submissions for the show are open to a ready to show range of art inspired by the invaluable lessons and advice that mothers have shared with their children through different cultures. We aim to honor the power of maternal guidance and to highlight the importance of bilingual communication and connection. ¡Los esperamos! We look forward to seeing you there!

El fin de semana del Día de las Madres, te invitamos a una exposición de arte pop-up especial que celebra la sabiduría y las palabras transmitidas por nuestras madres. La exposición está abierta a una amplia gama de formas artísticas inspiradas en las inestimables lecciones y consejos que las madres han compartido con sus hijos a través de las diferentes culturas. Nuestro objetivo es reconocer el poder de la guía materna y la importancia de la comunicación y la conexión bilingües.

FREE TO SUBMIT

Submissions for the show are open to a ready to show range of art forms, including paintings, sculptures, and mixed media pieces, and fridge art all inspired by the invaluable lessons and advice that mothers have shared with their children through different cultures. We aim to honor the power of maternal guidance and to highlight the importance of bilingual communication and connection.​

Each artist may enter up to TWO (2) artworks for this exhibition. 

Media: Maximum TWO (2) work/images per artist (jpegs, no larger than 2 MB). 2-D and 3-D media. Work must be ready-to-hang and may not exceed 60 inches in width or height. 

Maximum dimension of 60” x 60”

Submission deadline is Sunday, May 7, 11:59 PM.
