Award-winning classical pianist Adam Hostomsky is dedicated to bringing deep insight and virtuoso fireworks to audiences in San Diego and the world. Adam was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and started playing piano at the age of 3 ½ under government tutelage. At age 8, his family settled in La Jolla and continued his musical development. He studied with Betty Oberacker at the University of California Santa Barbara and received a Master of Fine Arts in Piano Performance from the California Institute of Arts in 2005 where he studied with Peter Miyamoto and Liam Viney.
