The Athenaeum presented for the fifth consecutive year an exhibition of original artwork by children ages 3 to 18. Art for Children’s Hospital 2005 is a collaborative project between the Athenaeum and the Children’s Hospital Auxiliary/La Jolla. During the summer of 2004, more than 20 Children’s Hospital patients and their siblings participated in a special painting workshop taught by Olya Losina, a faculty member of the Athenaeum School of the Arts.
