Marcos Ramirez ERRE, considered one of the preeminent artists in Baja California, creates art to emphasize political and social issues of the border region. This exhibition included photographic images of residential and commercial sites, and landscapes in and around Tijuana with accompanying texts that comprised oversize “postcards.”
