The Athenaeum presented sixteen of Raul Guerrero’s paintings and drawings depicting La Valencia’s iconic Whaling Bar. This was a continuation in a series of works depicting various bars by Guerrero. Guerrero used a variety of different media, including collage, and incorporated symbolism into many of the works.
