The Athenaeum took part in Joyce Cutler-Shaw’s Library Quartet: New and Retrospective Works, a first collaboration between membership, university and public libraries, displaying drawings from her artists’ book, The Anatomy Lesson, as well as several of her other artist’s books. Other libraries who participated were the UCSD Geisel Library, Earl & Birdie Taylor Library/Pacific Beach Branch Library, and the Mission Valley Branch Library.
