The Athenaeum exhibited recent work by local artist Nilly Gill. Having survived a terrible car accident in 2004, Nilly was restricted to the confines of her home and garden. She created small works, most about 4 X 6”, in oil, of her home, garden and neighbors. Sixty-eight of these works were exhibited in the Athenaeum’s Rotunda Gallery.
